The room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a fridge that kept our drinks cool during our city trip. The location was convenient with easy access to Grab services. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service with soft-spoken and helpful attitudes that made us feel at home.

The room was not soundproof and conversations from the neighboring rooms could be heard. , there was no kettle in the room, and we had to go to the lobby to iron our clothes.

Some rooms offer a nice view and a spacious interior furnished with a modern design. the hotel offers Thai massage for a reasonable price.

The hotel has some downsides such as the lack of credit card facility and dark hallways caused by the staff's electricity-saving actions.
